Preparation

Rub the sides of a salad bowl with the clove of garlic, then discard it. Fill the bowl with Valerian, salt to taste, and dress with Balseto Laudense, mixing thoroughly, then add the Gransapori Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Finish the dish with small dices of Lodigiano Typical cheese.
